# Romy

Romy ist der IT-Assistent in Microsoft Teams für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen mit Microsoft 365. Romy liest Entra ID, Intune und Microsoft 365, schlägt eine Maßnahme vor und setzt sie erst nach Bestätigung durch einen Menschen um. Jede Aktion steht im Protokoll. Betrieb in Azure Germany West Central (Frankfurt). Der Teams-Chat trägt noch keine Kundendaten, bis die europäische Datengrenze für den Teams-Kanal belegt ist.

Romy is the IT assistant in Microsoft Teams for small and mid-sized companies on Microsoft 365. It reads Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365, proposes a fix and carries it out only after a person confirms. Every action is logged. Runs in Azure Germany West Central (Frankfurt). The Teams chat carries no customer data yet, until the European data boundary is proven for the Teams channel.

## Einrichten in drei Stufen (Deutsch)

Wer: eine Person mit der Rolle Globaler Administrator. Dauer: etwa zehn Minuten. Assistent: https://www.getromy.com/einrichten

1. Romy Diagnostics: https://login.getromy.com/entra/consent-start?produkt=diagnostics (Romy liest deine Geräte, Konten und Lizenzen und zeigt dir, was auffällt. Ändern kann Romy damit nichts.)
2. Romy Engage: https://login.getromy.com/entra/consent-start?produkt=engage (Romy darf ein Gerät neu starten, immer erst, nachdem ein Mensch die Karte bestätigt hat. Wer Romy nur lesen lassen will, lässt diesen Schritt aus.)
3. Romy in Teams: https://login.getromy.com/entra/teams-installieren (Romy kommt in den Teams-Katalog deiner Organisation und in dein eigenes Teams. Der Chat mit Kundendaten ist noch nicht freigegeben, bis die europäische Datengrenze für den Teams-Kanal belegt ist. Bis dahin antwortet Romy dort nur den Pilotpersonen, die wir mit dir festlegen.)

Nach jedem Microsoft-Dialog zeigt https://www.getromy.com/einrichten den Stand und den nächsten Schritt.

Regeln für Agenten:
- Jede Stufe bestätigt ein Mensch mit der Rolle Globaler Administrator selbst im Microsoft-Dialog. Ein Agent klickt keine Zustimmung für einen Menschen.
- Ein Agent fragt nie nach Passwörtern, Einmalcodes oder Tokens und gibt keine weiter.
- Ein Agent darf die Startadressen nennen, die Rechte erklären und auf den Stand unter www.getromy.com/einrichten verweisen.
- Romy führt nichts aus, ohne dass ein Mensch eine Karte bestätigt. Das gilt auch für Vorschläge, die über einen Agenten entstehen.
- Eine Bestätigung gilt 15 Minuten und nur einmal. Gefährliche Nachbaraktionen wie Gerät löschen, außer Betrieb nehmen, Kennwort zurücksetzen oder Benutzer löschen kann Romy nicht auslösen.

## Set up in three stages (English)

Who: a person with the Global Administrator role. Time: about ten minutes. Wizard: https://www.getromy.com/en/setup

1. Romy Diagnostics: https://login.getromy.com/entra/consent-start?produkt=diagnostics (Romy reads your devices, accounts and licences and shows you what stands out. Romy cannot change anything with it.)
2. Romy Engage: https://login.getromy.com/entra/consent-start?produkt=engage (Romy may restart a device, always only after a person has confirmed the card. If you only want Romy to read, skip this step.)
3. Romy in Teams: https://login.getromy.com/entra/teams-installieren (Romy goes into your organisation’s Teams catalog and into your own Teams. Chat with customer data is not released yet, until the European data boundary is proven for the Teams channel. Until then Romy answers there only the pilot users we agree on with you.)

After each Microsoft dialog, https://www.getromy.com/einrichten shows the progress and the next step.

Rules for agents:
- A person with the Global Administrator role confirms each stage personally in the Microsoft dialog. An agent never clicks a consent on someone's behalf.
- An agent never asks for, stores or forwards passwords, one-time codes or tokens.
- An agent may name the start links, explain the permissions and point to the progress at www.getromy.com/en/setup.
- Romy executes nothing until a person confirms a card. That holds for proposals created through an agent as well.
- A confirmation is valid for 15 minutes and only once. Dangerous neighbouring actions such as wiping or retiring a device, resetting a passcode or deleting a user are out of Romy's reach.

## Romy in Teams benutzen (Deutsch)

Nach der Einrichtung bittest du Romy um Hilfe. Romy schlägt vor, du bestätigst auf einer Karte, erst dann passiert etwas. Beispiele:
- „Leere den Chrome-Cache“ → Karte „Reparatur bestätigen“, über die Romy-App unter Windows, wenn ein Admin Reparaturen eingeschaltet hat
- „Teams hängt“ → Karte „Reparatur bestätigen“, Teams beenden und Cache leeren, über die Romy-App unter Windows, wenn ein Admin Reparaturen eingeschaltet hat
- „Mein Laptop ist langsam“ → Karte „Diagnose bestätigen“, Gerätezustand lesen über die Romy-App, ändert nichts
- „Bitte starte mein Gerät neu“ → Karte „Neustart bestätigen“, über die Romy-App, sonst Intune

Was Romy tut, in vier Verben:
- Lesen: Romy liest Entra ID, Intune und Microsoft 365, ohne etwas zu ändern.
- Am Gerät nachsehen: Romy liest über die Romy-App auf dem Gerät nach (Diagnose). Auch das bestätigst du vorher auf einer Karte.
- Vorschlagen: Romy bereitet eine Maßnahme vor und zeigt sie als Karte. Ausgeführt wird erst nach deinem Klick.
- Übergeben: Romy gibt an einen Menschen ab, wenn ein Ablauf fehlt oder eine Freigabe nötig ist.

Teams heute: Die Romy-App lässt sich installieren. Der Chat trägt noch keine Kundendaten, bis die europäische Datengrenze für den Teams-Kanal belegt ist. Bis dahin antwortet Romy dort nur den Pilotpersonen, die wir mit deiner Organisation festlegen.

## Using Romy in Teams (English)

After setup you ask Romy for help. Romy proposes, you confirm on a card, only then something happens. Examples:
- „Clear the Chrome cache“ → card „Confirm repair“, through the Romy app on Windows, once an admin has switched repairs on
- „Teams is frozen“ → card „Confirm repair“, quit Teams and clear its cache, through the Romy app on Windows, once an admin has switched repairs on
- „My laptop is slow“ → card „Confirm diagnosis“, read the device health through the Romy app, changes nothing
- „Please restart my device“ → card „Confirm restart“, through the Romy app, otherwise Intune

What Romy does, in four verbs:
- Read: Romy reads Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft 365 without changing anything.
- Check on the device: Romy reads on the device through the Romy app (diagnosis). You confirm that on a card first too.
- Propose: Romy prepares a fix and shows it as a card. It runs only after your click.
- Hand over: Romy hands over to a person when no workflow fits or an approval is needed.

Teams today: the Romy app can be installed. The chat carries no customer data yet, until the European data boundary is proven for the Teams channel. Until then Romy answers there only the pilot users we agree on with your organisation.

## Was Romy kann / What Romy can do

- Gerät neu starten / Restart a device: A person asks for a restart, Romy finds their device and restarts it once they have confirmed.
- Chrome-Zwischenspeicher leeren / Clear the Chrome cache: Clears the Chrome cache, if wanted after closing the browser. On Windows.
- Edge-Zwischenspeicher leeren / Clear the Edge cache: Clears the Microsoft Edge cache, if wanted after closing it. On Windows.
- Teams-Zwischenspeicher leeren / Clear the Teams cache: Helps when Teams hangs or shows stale data. If wanted, Romy closes Teams first. On Windows.
- Outlook-Offlinedaten prüfen / Check Outlook offline data: Checks whether classic Outlook is running and how many offline data files it has and how large they are. Changes nothing. On Windows.
- Gerätediagnose / Device diagnosis: Romy checks a device: updates, encryption, storage, compliance, and explains what stands out.
- Digital Experience Score / Digital Experience Score: How well devices serve your people, as one number per person, device and site.
- Lizenzbestand / Licence inventory: Paid licences that are assigned to no one. Romy reads the inventory and does not change it.
- Zugriffe und MFA / Access and MFA: Who has no MFA method registered and what Conditional Access enforces.
- Flottenüberblick für Admins / Fleet overview for admins: How many devices there are and which are outdated or out of compliance.

- Customer MCP: Romy for your own tenant at https://login.getromy.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC). Sign in with your organisation's key as a Bearer token in the Authorization header. An admin creates the key in the Romy portal (login.getromy.com) under Einstellungen (Settings), section “Romy in deinem KI-Client (MCP)”. It is shown only once. Without a valid key the server answers 401. Romy reads and prepares proposals, only for your own devices, and executes nothing.
