What Romy can do
- Restart a device. The person writes in Teams, Romy finds their device and restarts it after confirmation.
- Clear the Chrome cache. Clears the Chrome cache, if wanted after closing the browser. Windows, Mac and Linux.
- Clear the Edge cache. Clears the Microsoft Edge cache, if wanted after closing it. Windows and Mac.
- Clear the Teams cache. Helps when Teams hangs or shows stale data. If wanted, Romy closes Teams first.
- Clear the Firefox and Safari cache. The same for Firefox on Windows and Mac, and for Safari on the Mac.
- Check and rebuild Outlook offline data. Checks the offline file of classic Outlook and rebuilds it if wanted, with a backup.
- Reset the new Outlook. Resets the new Outlook when it no longer starts or syncs.
- Device diagnosis. Romy checks a device: updates, encryption, storage, compliance, and explains what stands out.
- Digital Experience Score. How well devices serve your people, as one number per person, device and site.
- Licences and cost. Licences paid for against licences used, with the accounts that cost money and use nothing.
- Access and MFA. Who holds admin rights, who works without MFA and what Conditional Access enforces.
- Fleet overview for admins. How many devices, which are outdated or out of compliance, asked simply in the chat.
