How Romy is billed
Paying for software per seat means paying for access even when nothing happens. For a tool that takes work off your hands, that is the wrong unit. Romy therefore bills for work done.
- Reading and analysing is free, permanently. You see the state of your environment before spending a euro.
- You pay per action that a person approved and that completed. No approval, no invoice. Cancelled or failed: no invoice either.
- A monthly cap keeps the bill predictable. Above the cap Romy keeps working without it getting more expensive.
- No per-employee licence, no minimum term, no tier that only makes sense above 500 devices.
We agree the price per action together before you grant anything. In the conversation we work it through against your own ticket numbers. Every billed action is logged with timestamp and trigger, so the invoice is verifiable.
