Who it is for

For your Intune and Teams admins when a new release is in your channel.

Why

You decide when a new release reaches your devices. It takes about 10 minutes per release.

    Install a new release

    Your channel gets a new release once it has met the thresholds. You decide when it reaches your devices.

    How to do it

    1. Check your channel on the Releases page and verify the files with SHA-256.
    2. Repeat step 5, because 2-romy-app-hochladen.ps1 replaces the content. If the Teams package is new, repeat step 7 too.
    Time
    10 minutes per release
    Check
    Ask Romy “Which version are you?”. The answer names the current version of your channel.
    Undo
    Upload the previous version from the Releases page again. Romy rolls the channel back within 1 hour.
