    Deploy Romy on Teams

    Teams is where your people ask their questions. Romy goes into your org catalog and to the pilot group first.

    How to do it

    1. Teams admin center → Teams apps → Manage apps → Upload → romy-teams-<release>.zip.
    2. Under “Available to”, choose specific users or groups and enter the pilot group. Leave out “Everyone”.
    3. If you like, pin Romy to the sidebar with a setup policy.
    Time
    10 minutes. Policies take up to 24 hours to apply
    Check
    A pilot user finds Romy in Teams under Apps → “Built for your org”.
    Undo
    Manage apps → Romy → Block or Delete.
