Close Teams and clear the cache

- You confirm.
- Romy instructs the Romy app on the device, otherwise Intune.
- Romy checks and sends you the result.
- What happens
- Teams is closed on your device. A running call or meeting ends, and an unsent draft can be lost. Then the local cache is cleared. You open Teams again yourself; the first start takes longer, and personal Teams settings may be reset.
- What stays
- Chats, files, calendars and channels live in Microsoft 365 and are not affected. Microsoft makes no promise for this path about whether you have to sign in again, so Romy does not promise it either.

- Nothing needs to be undone.
